Bee prepared to get hands on in this mini honey harvest workshop!

An expert honey harvester will guide you as you uncap, extract and pack your very own jar of raw honey fresh from the hive.

Throughout you’ll learn more about bees, honey, hive bi-products. You'll also taste a range of honeys and have a drink to enjoy.

In the custom-built tasting room, you'll spend 1 hour 30 minutes learning about how honey goes from hive to jar, by getting hands on and doing the extraction process yourself. You'll start by uncapping honey frames coming straight from the hive, taking the honey out of the frame using a manual centrifugal extractor then filter and harvest a small jar of honey for you to take home. It's an in depth look at all things honey and bees.

After your honey harvesting workshop it's time to take a walk (22 mins) or short taxi to the next destination.

Nestled in the heart of London Bridge, your next stop is a vibrant destination that brings together exceptional food, drink, and atmosphere under one roof. It's street food, but from Michelin star chefs!

Options include -

Modern Greek street food - slow-cooked meats, fish pitas, vibrant salads and crispy bites. 

Wood-fired pizza - serving dough that ferments for days, blistered crusts and premium toppings. Fast, fresh and crafted for crowds.

Fried chicken: hand-battered, crispy, perfectly seasoned and served in indulgent, flavour packed buns.

Each guest will receive a street food voucher to select their own meal, plus four drinks vouchers. Your package includes reserved tables/area (semi and private hire options available for larger groups).
